Memory and recording workflow

Internal RAM, removable CineMag and continuous streaming are three ways of handling the data volume of high-speed imaging; the choice changes the recording time and the pace of the test.

Internal RAM

Faster recording; the time depends on the memory, the resolution and the rate.

CineMag

Offloads the RAM in seconds and frees the camera for the next test; the CineStation reads it on the workstation.

Streaming

The Machine Vision line streams continuously over CoaXPress, with no memory limit, for inspection.

.cine format

Open format with metadata, read by the PCC, the PCA and third-party software.

Analysis

The PCC controls and plays back; the PCA measures displacement, velocity and acceleration.

Frequently asked questions
