Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the DVPRO website (dvpro.com.br) and the Phantom hotsite, maintained by DVPRO Engenharia de Televisão (DVPRO). By browsing the site or submitting a form, you declare that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

How we handle your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

The site is institutional. It presents DVPRO, the brands and products it represents and distributes in Brazil, organized in the Stream, Slow, Cinema and TV departments, the Phantom high-speed camera hotsite, technical content, downloadable materials and support channels.

There are no sales through the site: it has no online store, no online payment and no prices, and it does not require registration or a user account. The way to discuss a commercial proposal is to contact the DVPRO team. The list of models of interest only serves to attach those models to your message.

Product specifications come from the official documentation of each brand and may change without notice, at the manufacturer decision. Whenever possible, the product page shows the source and the date of the last check.

Texts, images and videos are informational. Models, features, accessories, certifications and availability may vary by market and over time, and nothing on the site is a binding offer or commercial proposal.

The site does not show prices. Prices, delivery times, rental or demo terms and availability are handled case by case with the team and only apply when confirmed in writing by DVPRO. Before deciding on equipment, confirm the details with the product specialist.

You may use the site to get to know DVPRO and to request contact, demo, rental, technical service, the newsletter or event registration. By using the forms, you agree to:

• provide true and up-to-date data, and data about other people only with their authorization;
• use the forms for their intended purpose, without spam, advertising, chain messages or illegal, offensive or malicious content;
• not include sensitive data, such as health, religion or biometrics, in the text fields;
• not use bots, scripts or other automated means to submit forms, nor try to bypass the anti-bot check (Turnstile) or the submission limit;
• not try to access restricted areas, test vulnerabilities, overload the site or interfere with how it works.

DVPRO may ignore, block or delete submissions that violate these terms, without notice, and take the appropriate measures in case of misuse.

Submitting a form does not create a contract, an equipment reservation or an obligation to sell, rent or demonstrate for either party. The automatic message you receive by email only confirms that the request was received.

The team replies, with information from the product specialist, within the time shown when you submit the form, counted in business days. Demos and rentals depend on equipment availability and on a specific agreement.

For technical service requests (RMA), wait for DVPRO instructions before sending the equipment, as you confirm when you submit the form.

The texts, images, videos, logos, layout and code of the site belong to DVPRO or are used with the permission of their owners, and are protected by Brazilian copyright and industrial property law.

You may view, print and share the site content for personal or internal professional use, without commercial purposes, keeping the source credit and without changing the content. Any other use, such as reproducing, modifying or redistributing for commercial purposes, requires prior written authorization from DVPRO.

Third-party trademarks, names and logos mentioned on the site belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not imply a license or endorsement beyond DVPRO relationship of representation and distribution. Phantom is a trademark of Vision Research, an AMETEK company.

Datasheets, brochures, manuals and software available for download are authored by the manufacturers and follow their terms of use and licenses.

The site has links to third-party pages and services, such as social networks and manufacturer websites, and embeds YouTube videos, loaded only when you tap play. These contents are the responsibility of whoever maintains them, and DVPRO does not control or guarantee their content, availability or privacy practices. When you access them, the terms and policies of each service apply.

The processing of personal data follows the Privacy Policy. Optional cookies are only used with your permission, which you can change at any time in Cookie preferences, in the site footer.

The site is provided as is and as available. DVPRO works to keep it online and up to date, but there may be interruptions, errors or slowness due to maintenance or to failures of the internet or of service providers. DVPRO may change, suspend or remove any content or feature at any time, without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, DVPRO is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the information on the site, for damages arising from interruptions or errors, for third-party content and services or for problems with your device or your connection.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, nor the rights that consumer protection law grants to anyone who qualifies as a consumer.

DVPRO may update these terms to reflect changes in the site, in the services or in the law. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you agree to the new version.

The English and Spanish versions are translations made to ease reading. In case of divergence, the Portuguese version prevails.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district of Belo Horizonte, State of Minas Gerais, where the DVPRO address is located, are chosen to settle any matter about them, without prejudice to the venue that the law ensures to a consumer.
